“Allison helped me selling my house on james hill ross bridge; iii share my honest feeling; when we started showing (we were out of town to let people check the house for three days) she didn’t not check the house at the end of day even to turn off lights or lock the door( I texted her to lock the door the last day that’s the only time she went to the house), there were people messing up with the kids toys and left a mess in the room, obviously people seeing the house next day saw that mess; I would expect realtor to check the house at least the end of day; secondly we had a above average beautiful house which sold for 168/sqf; the only house that was sold at this low price; ALL other houses are selling at 190/sqf; (Check ross bridge houses!)the feeling I got is that she is taking so many clients and she wants to sell fast in stead of selling at good price for the seller; Overall lesson learnt from me next time selling houses I would not choose the top sellers in the region.”
