People often question the value of a Realtor. A Realtor’s job is to apply his or her market experience to add value throughout the process. From knowing who wants to sell or buy off market to negotiating contracts and inspections, to high-level diligence, your agent should work tirelessly to add value and reduce your risk. My skill set is deep and wide and is built on being highly active in the market over many years. I have seen everything from the simple and transparent to the highly complex. Because of my experience, I have early insight and can get information that helps my clients out of the gate and throughout the process.
